From a meditation around nature you will enter a state of deep relaxation, which will take you on a journey through your senses and your breath to use them in a conscious way to live your here and now. This will be a time to bring attention to your mind, body, sensations, thoughts and emotions.

Fusion of Yoga, Beat and Dance. BEAT, BALANCE and FLOW. This experience will combine the art of movement, breathwork, and channeling life force energy, all while embracing rhythm and dance as some of the oldest healing skills. This practice will help to reconnect with body, embrace inner rhythm and elevate energy.

Join a relaxing Facial Yoga & Self-Massage session where you’ll learn simple yet powerful techniques to release tension, enhance circulation, and achieve a natural glow. This is a moment to reconnect with yourself, reduce stress, and indulge in self-care. An experience of wellness and beauty.

This will be an opportunity to share, explore your creativity, heal from the soul and meet people who share your interests. We have created a safe space where you will feel supported and discover the true value of being you.

This session consists of a psychotherapeutic method with the purpose of producing mental and emotional benefits through laughter. It’s a kind of therapy that uses humor to help to relieve stress and pain, and also to improve health and the sense of wellbeing.

The voice is the first instrument, linked to the body and vibrations. Every sound has a message, every word is important. In this laboratory we will talk about the different techniques and exercises to use our voice to express ourselves and channel our emotions into our healing process.

This session focuses on the use of the tarot cards, as a metaphorical and symbolical language, to achieve clarity in our lives. The theme for this workshop is the ultimate nourishment for our existence, i.e. alignment, through which we can create a life worth living. We will be pulling cards and I will show you how you can relate to the cards deeply. Bring your own tarot deck if you have one.

This practice includes tuning physical, mind and space with dance movements. Dare to try basic movements and flow. It will be a session full of music, joy and inspiration to find that balance that sometimes escapes from our body. An hour of pure movement to work on body and emotions.

Experience the transformative power of OM Chanting, an ancient group meditation that uses the cosmic vibration of ॐ (OM) to bring healing and harmony. This powerful practice purifies emotions, calms the mind, and raises consciousness, creating a positive energy field that benefits both participants and the surrounding environment. Join us to chant, heal, and uplift together!

This class provides a time and space to connect mind, body and breath. A number of breathing exercises (pranayama) will be explained and practiced together. Vinyasa Yoga can be defined by moving from one pose to the next with breath at a given pace. It is a practice that benefits wellness through movement and postures (asanas) leading to a stronger and calmer state of being. Experience is not required and it is suitable for all levels.

We often find it difficult to express in words what we want to say and bilateral therapeutic drawing is a great tool to speak with strokes. Using crayons, coloured pencils, sound therapy and chalk, we will enter a meditative state to let go of everything that is weighing us down inside. This will be an incredible way to free your inner self and a hug for your soul.

Are you someone who “can’t sit for ten minutes”? Do you play the same story over and over again in your head? Are you struggling to put your mind at rest? If your answer is yes to any of the above than this session is for you. Your mental health is your wealth so it’s time to learn useful exercises that can help you on a daily basis to manage stress and anxiety better. This is an invitation for a mini holiday to completely rest and recharge. Please bring eye cover and a light blanket/cover/jumper.

Set to a carefully curated soundscape of electronic beats, Afrobeats, and ethnic-spiritual rhythms, the music becomes a vehicle for cellular awakening and deep embodiment, helping you move beyond the mind and into full-body presence.

Join us for a nourishing and supportive experience as we get together for a symbolic closing ceremony. Cacao helps us with mental and emotional clarity and creative expression. The consumption of cacao, in the form of raw chocolate, will help participants set intentions and open ecstatic moods.
