Led by certified yoga and fitness instructor Nicole Zammit, this low-to-medium intensity session introduces basic poses, proper alignment, and foundational breathing techniques. Nicole’s nurturing approach focuses on overall wellbeing, helping you to reconnect with your body, cultivate presence, and feel safe and empowered. A simple 60-minute Pilates routine to leave you feeling energized, refreshed and deeply connected to your body. This session focuses on safe, slow movements with strong emphasis on breath and control. Options are provided to make each exercise more or less challenging, making it suitable for all levels. This activity is led by Carla, a compassionate and inclusive Yoga & Pilates instructor. With training in Barcelona and Madrid, including Adapted Yoga, she creates safe, positive spaces – especially for those with limitations – helping everyone reconnect with themselves through mindful movement.

Led by Danica Bianchi, an experienced Acro Yoga teacher with over 8 years of practice, who will guide you through a joyful introduction to this beautiful and fun practice.
